Let me know what you think in the comment section below (or reach me on Twitter: @cierniak). I'm considering making more board games based on recipes for dishes that kids can help prepare and will enjoy eating but only if there is an interest for this.
Also, this is the first board game that I've ever made. I'm not an expert in board games and my daughter is not even 4, so the game is pretty simple but we had a lot of fun designing it and I would like to make it in a durable form. As you can see, I have a pdf file and other than printing it on paper and laminating, I can't think of good ways to make it look nice for kids. I'm also not sure how to make board pieces -- my current game has them as small pieces of paper and I wouldn't mind improving them.
Ideally I'm looking for ways to do this all at home with help from my daughter. Nothing really too fancy but a little more interesting than a simple laminated piece of paper. And it's not really the end goal that matter. I'm looking more for an interesting father-daughter activity. :)
Thanks in advance for tips.
